Foraging often invokes images of wild places: a dense forest full of mushrooms, a thicket of berries along a mountain trail, and acorns scattered across the oak forest floor.
In reality, a lot of wild food gathering occurs within miles of the forager’s house or even in their own yard.
In this class, we will cover ten common edible weeds found in most yards and gardens.
We will learn how to safely identify, forage, and talk about some fun plant facts!
