Colorado Mushroom Foraging

Sunday, April 6th
10-11:30 am

Over this 90-minute presentation, Orion will cover some basics of foraging and mushroom biology, and then we will dive into how to forage for wild mushrooms in Colorado. The class will cover mushroom identification, foraging safety, toxic species, where to go, how to transport and store wild mushrooms, and finally the specifics of a dozen beginner-friendly edible mushrooms.
